School to Career Services for Transitioning Students
Since 2001, Careerworks has provided School to Career services for transitioning youth. We specialize in assisting youth to pursue their interests while overcoming challenges so they can become productive adults.
Careerworks’ classroom is the community. We build skills in the environment where the skills are practiced. Learning in context increases retention, reveals natural supports, and builds self-confidence.
Becoming an adult should be an exciting and fun experience. Careerworks helps youth reclaim the wonder and excitement of moving from high school to adult life.
